Shipping Policy

At Quaxpire, we strive to provide our customers with fast and reliable shipping. We use various shipping carriers to deliver your order, including UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc. The carrier used for your order will depend on your location and the size/weight of your package.

Please read the following information to understand our shipping policies and procedures. 

  1. SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

We offer shipping worldwide to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.

  1. SHIPPING SCHEDULE

UPS ground / Standard does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Quaxpire does not ship on Sunday and holidays. Please take these shipping schedules into account when placing your order.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND CHANGES

We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days after receiving them. However, during peak seasons or when there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be longer. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you of any delays. If you need to change your shipping address or products, please send us an email within 12 hours after placing the order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's delivery status.

  1. FREE SHIPPING

We offer free shipping to the following countries when the order total is over $69:

  • United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia (excluding New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria)
  • Asian countries

For orders over $69, we ship to the above countries by DHL, FedEx, or UPS, which takes 3-5 business days for delivery. For orders over $69, we also ship to the above countries by USPS Priority Mail or EMS, which takes 8-20 business days for delivery.

  1. SHIPPING COST

We charge $40-$80 for shipping to the following countries:

  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • Spain
  • Some regions of the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
  • Some regions of Australia (including New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, and Victoria)

For orders shipped to the above countries, the shipping cost is $40 via EMS, which takes 8-20 business days for delivery. For orders shipped to the above countries, the shipping cost is $80 via DHL, which takes 3-10 business days for delivery.

  1. UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If the wrong information is provided (address, phone, email) and results in your shipment being undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the 2nd shipment. If we are unable to do so, the package will be returned to us and we will issue a refund for the order (minus any shipping charges).

Please note:

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery time. Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
